BBC Radio Berkshire poem.
On National Poetry day in October, BBC Radio Berkshire set up once again in Wokingham Market place. One event DJ Mike Read was organizing concerned a poetry reading. The poem was written in a nearby hotel jointly by 4 of England's top poets of the day who dined at the Rose Inn. The Ballad of Molly Mogg was recited 2 lines or so at a time by members of the public selected at random. Mike Read then descended on me to provide 2 lines. I duly obliged and returned home to listen to the finished product on the show that afternoon plus the repeat!!!
