A change of tack : 8.
Corridors.
The faces that confront us daily, Anonymous, authoritarian
In places that confound us daily, Bureaucratic, antiquarian.
The problems do repress the nation Political and financial
Doom-mongers so depress their station; evidently circumstantial.
The sense of false security, malevolent urbanity;
No intention of security; [ impassioned profanity]
The leaders of each rival faction, oblivious to reality,
Hail, revolution and reaction [everlost immortality]
The curses of opponents in one voice united,
The voices of proponents communicate - recited.
The faceless friends, ridiculous negative indifference;
The mindless mass, ridiculous insist on interference
The narrow corridors of power, permanet persuasion,
Government officials glower:
Permanent occasion.
