The following list of councillors are serving members of the council, elected on 3rd May 2012, who were on the planning committee (see Home page) and agreed to demolish the Neath Empire Entertainment Centre.

The following are former members of the council, who were either not re-elected on 3rd May 2012, or resigned from the council, who also agreed to demolish the Neath Empire:-
