GuaranteeAll work carried out is covered against failure under normal usage by a standard 12 month guarantee which is effective from the completion of work.
This guarantee covers all workmanship and general components used (such as cable, fixings etc) - however it does not extend to appliances such as showers, heaters etc that are fitted as part of installation works, these items will be covered by manufacturer's guarantee.
In the event of failure of such appliances during the applicable guarantee period, you should contact the manufacturer or supplier and arrange for their service dept to rectify the problem.
