I have just returned home again.  Last week I led a Retreat for adults with learning disabilities at the Bield at Blackruthven.  This was the third time this venue was chosen for such a retreat.  It is a wonderful place, with an art room and swimming pool, and a wonderful sense of welcome and flexibility.

Much else has been happening, a busy summer.  At the end of August I was in Cornwall with friends from the European School of Tai Chi. We learnt a Sword Form and did Zen Calligraphy. Learning "Effortless effort"!
