T'ai Chi Chuan

I began learning T'ai Chi Chuan with Tew Bunnag in 1985. He inspired the founding of ESTCC - the European School of T'ai Chi Chuan in 1995, of which I am a member and qualified teacher.

Metta - compassion, kindness and nonviolence - is the underlying principle of ESTCC. (See metta-taichi.org.uk)

I am now teaching in two locations close to Inverness, in the Highlands.

Avoch Parish Hall, Rose Place, Black Isle

(6 miles north of  Inverness)

T'ai chi chuan and qi gong can help

  • Gain maximum benefit with minimum effort!
  • Find stillness and focus if you are restless and find energy if you are tired
