Children's Health Days
An opportunity for parents to get together and learn about using homeopathy and natural remedies to help their children when they fall ill. This is usually a 4 hour course, but it can be tailored to the needs of individuals. We discuss the management of pain and fever, identification of common childhood illnesses, immune boosting for all the family, and common homeopathic remedies for use at home.
First Aid Courses
I offer a comprehensive home prescribing and first aid course. This can run over one day, or be divided into three shorter sessions of 2 hours each.
The aim of this course is to familiarise participants with common remedies to enable you to treat common ailments for yourself and your family. It covers most ailments that you would seek to treat at home such as coughs, colds, ear aches, stomach upsets and basic first aid.
Homeopathy for Dancers and Performers
There are many ways in which homeopathy can be useful to dancers and performers of all kinds. I can provide talks and workshops exploring the use of homeopathy for physical and emotional wellbeing and the treatment of common injuries and anxiety. These sessions can be run for groups in schools and colleges for those in training, or for groups of performers and all those working in the performing arts.
Pregnancy and Birth
I offer talks and private consultations on the use of homeopathic remedies in pregnancy, during labour and beyond for small groups, couples and individuals.
Homeopathy can be very helpful for ailments associated with pregnancy, and it is fantastic for helping healing after birth. It can also be used to help with anxiety associated with this sensitive time. After the birth remedies can be used to ease the transition into family life for parents, baby and siblings.
I also offer talks and workshops on homeopathy, natural home remedies and other approaches to natural health.
