A predominantly reserve string turned in a scintillating performance as for once this summer the  sun shone on Freely Lane. They disposed of an Otley X1 8-2 with fine flowing football and goals right out of the top drawer.

Ryan Dowson looked sharp as he grabbed a hat trick but there were outstanding performances all around the field. Special mention to :

Chris Cannon - A revalation in midfield,

Dave Easby - Outstanding goal crashed in from 25 yards

Danny Ewen - Rock solid and decisive at the back

Joe Farthing - A born leader

Rich Milner - Pure class

Nick Jacklyn - Fine goal

Josh Jones - Always a threat

Overall an awesome display on the day against a decent Otley side
