As the season inches its way to its conclusion Saturdays results could prove vital.

The firsts booked their place in the medal cup final, for the second succesive season, with a hard fought victory over title rivals Bedale Town. Goals from Wright (3) and Wijnhard were enough to progress through and score a vital psychological advantage going into what will probably prove to be a title decider, against Bedale, on May 12th.

The reserves bounced back from their defeat on Thursday night, with a well deserved victory over high flying Pannal Sports. Goals from O'donoghue (yes O'donoghue) and  N. Craven were enough to bring home the points.

As if those results weren't good enough the day got even better when we learned that Albert had been beaten 4-1 by Dalton, which puts Bramhams title claims firmly back in our own hands. Two more victories and the title will be ours!!
