The endless weeks of matches off took its toll again today with the 1st X1 fixture at Burley postponed due to a snow covered pitch. Things were no better at Bramham where frost underneath the surface meant that melting snow could not get away with the result that much of the pitch resembled a small lake, with prospects for play  nil.

It is now 8 weeks since either team took to the field and all eyes nopw turn to next week when the 1st X1 are away at Thirsk and the 2nd X1 face Aberford Albion in the Activ8 cup ( venue to be confirmed)
