I cannot recall any time an Aberford team visiting Bramham and suffering such a heavy defeat as that which occurred in this "friendly" encounter.

This game was a mismatch and to that extent much credit must go to the visitors who played with pride to the final whistle, nothing less than would be expected of an Aberford side. That said Bramham turned on the style and although missimg several of last seasons regulars as the scoreline suggests were far too good for their local neighbours.

John Crawley carrying the captains armband lead by example and drove his team on from the heart of the midfield, ensuring the team not only maintained a good shape throughout but brought several "new" players into the game during the evening,

There were impressive perfomances from all present as Bramham dominated from start to finish.

There are many more challanges ahead in coming weeks but winning is a good habit, and confidence is high!
