Bramham stormed into a 3 goal lead in this semi final tie and threatened to demolish high flying Wetherby, but as the sides came out for the 2nd half Wetherby got a foothold in the game on 50 minutes with a fine 30 yeard drive and within 10  minutes they were level following sloppy  Bramham work defending succesive corners.

The tide had turned and it was no suprise to see Wetherby gain the initative on 70  iminutes but Bramham werent finished and Wild completed a fine hatrick coverting a free kick from the edge of the box.

The game then moved into extra time and either side could have grabbed the spoils but it was Wetherby that ran out winners in what had been a 9 goal thriller
