As many of you will know I stepped down from the secretary role at last years AGM, so that I  could turn my focus on to the development of the ground and changing rooms. I am sorry that the progress on this has been much slower than I would have liked as it required us to start from scratch an apply for fresh planning permission.

This was because the original plans had been prepared by Taylor Woodrow who were to develop the site and I understand they had copyright over those plans

Throughout the year I have been working alonside colleagues on the Bramham Sports and Leisure Association (BSLA) Comitttee and with a local architecht to move things forward

I can now confim that Leeds City Council have approved the application for the building of new changing facilities which will form phase one of the developments, subsequent phases will include the provision of an all weather sports surface.

BSLA is committed to improving facilities for sport and Leisure within the village and on their behalf, thank you to all members of the football club for your patience.

We can  now  press ahead with the developments I have sought for many  many years.
