Bramham Lose 10 Goal Thriller 

Bramham were back to league duties with a home fixture against Bedale Town following last weeks Barkston Ash Quarter Final.

Confidence should have been high following recent victories over Eccleshill Utd & Sherwood in our last two league outings and Bramham started well when Chris Glennard scored his first goal for the lions with a precise header at the back post from a pinpoint Jason Wright corner.

However, defensive frailties allowed Bedale to pull level before Jason Wright added his first of the match with a precise lob over the keeper to restore our one goal lead. This see-saw match saw Bedale equalise just before half time then Jason Wright restore the lead just after the break. This match could have gone either way but it was Bedale who equalised for a third time and then take and extend their lead to 6-3

Jason Wright completed his hat-trick from the penalty spot to make the final score 6-4

This will go down as a wasted oportunity to move up the table. Very little between the teams except Bedale's tricky forward line which our back four never got to gripps with.

Bad day for Bramham, special mention for Jason Wright who scored three goals and one assist and still ended up on the loosing side. Long drive back to Cheshire after this one!!
