About Sarah Morgan

Founder of Andover Spotlight Singers, Winchester Community Choir  & Petersfield Community Choir.

Sarah Morgan was a performer, choir leader and arranger.  She spent many years working as a facilitator and trainer and her work in this area earned her a Fellowship from the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development.  Just prior to her death in September 2013, Sarah completed her doctorate at the University of Winchester.

Sarah performed with many excellent harmony groups, the most recent was with one of the folk scene's most highly acclaimed harmony trios, Craig Morgan Robson (see links page for more information).  She also sang with virtuoso guitarist Jeff Gillett.

Sarah was a skilful arranger of songs for groups and choirs, and many of her songs are used by community choirs.  She has published two books of song arrangements, View The Land, and Cottage Garden Trees, and her song Keep You in Peace is loved by choirs in many parts of the world.   

Andover Spotlight Singers is now led by Ysanne Bonner, who studied with, and was mentored by Sarah.
