On Politicians Being Nuts…

Cruella is back.  The thing is…I think she’s nuts. Genuinely psychologically disturbed.  Look at the film of her ‘dream’ speech – look at her face, her eyes, her gestures…... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D-BpOsijEqs . That is not a balanced person.

Being nuts almost seems to be a requirement of being in Government in Britain these days.

The Truss is what my psychiatric nurse sister would have referred to as ‘an hysteric’.  Rees-Mogg is nuts - quietly nuts - but those are the dangerous kind – ‘Yon Cassius has a lean and hungry look …such men are dangerous’ – ‘Julius Caesar’ – W. Shakespeare.... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YOjdf_nkgTo

Boris is nuts - delusional to a Trumpian degree.

Gove is a changeling child – the Faerie wanted rid of him so foisted him off on human-kind – I’m not sure if he’s nuts or just….un-real.

At least Sunak isn’t nuts – he’s slippery as an eel, but he doesn’t appear to be nuts.

The lunatics have taken over the asylum.

Diwali Joy…

I had a strange dream last night. I was in India – though I wasn’t participating in the dream – I was an observer. I was in a big building where there were quite a lot of people in colourful clothes.  There was a general air of excitement and anticipation – they were planning some kind of show. One woman  was organizing it – telling people when to take their cue, where to place themselves and when to walk through. Then, one side of the room opened up to a big stage with pillars up the side and steps going up – like what happens in movies where suddenly a small space opens out for a big musical number.

A young woman came down the steps wearing a beautiful, colourful sari. She was singing, gently, and dancing - just swirling gently round and round. It was pure magic.

As the observer, I did think – “Hang on - that was the wall of the room” - but then I accepted it.

When I woke up I thought what a great dream to have, but wondered where it had come from. Then I remembered that it’s Diwali – the Hindu Festival of Light, and wondered if my dream came from some awareness of Diwali – it was full of Life and colour and joy.

Namaste.
