Minutes of previous meeting

Our Chairman has computer problems and Mr Mike Oliver has forward the minutes to us in the form of a PDF file.  

PDF files presents us with a problem as they can only be downloaded to our LIBRARY (menu). This particular file presented a problem beacuse it was too big - the maximum size should be 100kb.   However this has now been sorted.

Keep in mind that it is better to send doc. files - as done previously.  Only send pdf files as a last resort - keeping them to around 100kb, as stated.

However, it must be said that pdf files in our LIBRARY are ideal for anyone wanting to print out the information on them.
