Is Antiseptic not mouthwash, but Anticeptic solution,
mouthwash is ok.
but you'll want something stonger.
you'll want to make sure you can drink it, safely .
When I tried the BOOTS Antiseptic Liquid
I found it to be a bit weak, but still effective in some way.
So I went for the brand name product , although I will usually look for a cheaper equally effective solution but there are some you cannot beat.
50% T.C.P. mixed with 50% WATER
In the BOOTS bottle drank it and then 25% T.C.P. also with now 75% WATER for a second wash.
Antiseptic solution is good because it will encourage movement of sludge or other mucas type complaint,
Of course it's the only internal "washing" you've done this year if you dont do enemas how else would you have.
Even then. (It might but you shoudn't want to do it a lot)

DRINK THE SOLUTION AT THE RATE OF 2/3 BOTTLES AS DILUTE A DAY
TRY THIS with FASTING or MINIMAL CONSUMPTION
about 3 days each time with only breakfast or one meal a day
