making a police complaint
using a competent solicitor equipt to deal with police complaints ,
*many do Legal-Aid,
So there shoudn' always be a problem in finding one
But Don't Always have to wait.
Firstly you make complaint through him in the main part at least.
He reports the complaint for you, without getting emotional.
He remains calm and not of complaint.
So as if you do not then get satisfaction at this stage required,
He can then issue a further report to the appropreate body.
That will then send further remark to the police's internal governing body,
Who will then and in turn, look at it for internal dicipline and or procedure
as is dictate .
From there you will be informed of the outcome / complaint,
and / or someone else will be appointed to deal with you.
If it is regarded neccesary.
It is not essential to use a local solicitor for this procedure as it is generaly regarded as safer both,
for both your and his own saftey.
