Well, not quite a disaster, however I went in to look at the unit today to see how the floor was coming along.  Unfortunately a roof gutter pipe had frozen over night and we now had a new water feature:

Thankfully, by lunchtime the leak was sorted and the mop up process underway. We are hopeful that this won't set us back at all and are just glad that this happened at this stage of the renovation.
