This year we did something a little different at Vero Beach, we picked up some charcoal and food and headed to one of the community BBQs. We picked a spot at Indian River where we hoped there would be a good sunset and also had a "Caution Manatees" sign- who'd have thought that they could be dangerous!?

Anyway, the sunset and the manatees eluded us, but we were entertained by dolphins playing just offshore, good food and good company. After the meal we had Smores, but got creative by trying Reeses Pieces Smores and Kit-Kat Smores! Then Brendan created a fusion of Reeses and Kit-Kat in a single Smore!
