HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!!

We watched the ball drop from Times Square then celebrated New Years with some very nice Swedish gentlemen who are renting nearby, and amazingly neiher Caraid nor I mentioned Abba, nor did Euan mention Ikea, where we were yesterday.

It was nice to celebrate with fellow Europeans (whilst also providing them conveyancing advice).
