We must be true Canadians now as we have put up decorations before the end of November.

The past two years we have had the big tree in the lounge and the children have cut down a small tree from the garden to decorate themselves.  They did the same this year but Molly had other ideas so Euan suggested a tree that was a bit bigger and this is it:

We decided not to put the big tree up this year as the children and I will be in Florida plenty of time before Christmas and will put up all our decorations and tree there.  We are even relocating some of our favourite tree ornaments and Helen, the angel that sits at the top of our tree, is moving to sunnier climes for her retirement.  In just over two weeks we will be there! We are very excited although it does mean we will miss Santa coming around Kingswood and the community carol singing.
