Today Nathan and Brendan were doing their first 5k in the youth run at the Bluenose Marathon.  Nathan had been training with running club but for Brendan (and me!) it was just a case of getting on with it.

It was a beautiful day here, almost too hot for running, but it was great fun.

 After the run, it was on to the Conservatory for Nathan's cornet and brass band recital.
