This afternoon we went to the Rosen Shingle Creek hotel and golf club for our Christmas dinner.  It was a buffet and was absolutely fantastic!  There was also a chocolate fountain but unluckily neither Brendan nor Nathan were feeling great - both were tired from being up so early and both have colds.  Still the other three of us made up for it - the food was wonderful and the hotel was beautiful.
