Caraid left early this morning for the Grade 7 trip to Ottawa.

 On her first day in Ottawa she was visiting the Parliament, going on a sightseeing tour of the city, visiting the National Art Gallery and the Lafleche Caves in Quebec.  She sent a text to say that after all that she still had the energy to go for a swim before bed.
