Brendan's class has been watching butterflies develop.  They had hoped to release them at the end of the school year in the public gardens but it was raining so they couldn't.  Each child was therefore sent home with their butterfly on the last day of school. Today we released Brendan's.  Actually Brendan had already released it in the car on the way home but Nathan recaptured it.
