Yesterday we went out for Christmas lunch with the people from Euan's work in Truro.  It was a bit strange because it was held at a Chinese restaurant.

I was a bit alarmed when they brought out the birthday cake for Euan and someone who was celebrating their 60th:

I was shocked by the 'Happy Retirement' bit but after a while I gathered that related to someone else who was retiring - no-one told me!
