What a week! I'm exhausted, as is Caraid. The Judicial training I was doing has now finished for all the Nova Scotia judges and it went better than we could have hoped - amazing and thoroughly enjoyable.
I went to a reception at Government House held by the Lt. Gov. who is the Queen's representative here - it was great and Govt House is lovely. The Lt. Gov. was very nice except I forgot to curtsey - oh well...
But more importantly Caraid has now done the first of two Shakespeare performances and last one is tonight. It's been tough - setting off for school at 7am each day and not getting home until 10.15pm each evening and trying to deal with homework, the dreaded locker inspection, and all the usual things..... Tonight there is a cast party until 11.30pm - either Euan or I is going to have to stay up late to go and get her.
It's a great show though and very funny - even if I do find Shakespeare interminably overly indulgent.
And just when you think it's all over and we can take a break - she has an audition at 12pm today for another musical - aahhhh!!!!! It's starting all over again.
Apologies for the shaky photo!

Caraid is on the left here, as Peasebottom.
Here is the curtain call at the end of the show:
