Today was Brendan's class summer outing.  We walked along to the Commons where they played at the playground, had a picnic lunch and then played some games.  The weather was fantastic and they all had a great time. It also made a nice break from the conference for me at luchtime. Brendan was upset at the end - he didn't want it to end.  Still, tomorrow he has Vanessa's birthday party at bowling to go to and on Sunday afternoon we are all going to Xander's family home for a barbeque, so he'll be seeing lots of his friends.
