Today has been unseasonally warm and despite the fact that Spring doesn't officially start here until Saturday there are signs that it is around the corner. I've been told that 25% of the annual snowfall here though takes place between now and June (!) so the good weather may not last. That's why we were out today making the most of it - these photos were taken at 'the Dingle' which is about five minutes from Halifax town centre. It was beautiful - Caraid and I had been out later last night at a lecture followed by reception at Dalhousie University (excellent lecture), so were a bit tired but being down at the Dingle made us feel so much better. Notice Brendan is wearing short sleeved top but the snow boots are still on....might be wise.
