Hints and Tips

If you wish to have clothes returned to you on hangers, please ensure that your hangers are not in the bag with your ironing when collected.

We base our prices on weight and we do not want to charge you for the weight of the hangers.

Slightly damp washing will iron easier, this means that we can use slightly lower temperatures to iron your garments, in the long run this will make you clothes last longer. Remember to seperate dark and light clothing if they are damp, colours can still run!!

Neatly folded garments are easier to iron as they are not as creased to begin with, this makes it easier for us to return your garments in a beautifully ironed condition.

Keep a laundry bag to collect your ironing, add to this anything you want ironed and by the time your next collection comes around, you can save a few minutes not having to run around making sure that you have remembered every item of clothing you want to send to us.

Send your ironing to us in a sturdy, waterproof bag, this will ensure that folded items do not move around in the car, and will not get wet if the weather is bad (and lets face it, thats most of the time in the UK).
