Regarding liability for Damage

All items are checked for shininess, damage, missing buttons etc.

Any items identified as damaged will be returned to you Un-ironed to avoid any misunderstanding.

In the event that any item is damaged by us, we will compensate up to £50.

Exceptions

We do not take underwear.

Hangers

We do not supply hangers; this means that we can keep the costs down.

If you require items to be returned to you on hangers please ensure that you provide enough.

 Delivery

If you are unavailable on the agreed collection and return time please call, email or text to reschedule.

 There is an additional charge of £1.50 per trip if you do not reschedule for delivery.

Your ironing will be done in a smoke and pet free environment
