A Reason For Upgrades?
About Firstport are receiving widespread reports that their Firstport surveyor has judged that roofs/entryphones and fire safety systems are in need of being upgraded.
In any such case leaseholders are strongly advised to engage an independent surveyor to verify the Firstport surveyors conclusions.
It may well be that the job description for an in house Firstport surveyor:
"Leading a successful REVENUE GENERATING team of surveyors that significantly contributes to the overall success of Firstport" may lead the surveyor to come to a less than unbiassed assessment?
