All of a sudden it appeared that working for a bankrupt mobile phone company qualified people to be property managers? (at least according to Firsport) Now Andrea Jackson has been given extra responsibility(and what a poisoned chalice it is).
Faced with a growing tide of residents rebelling against the corrupt and discredited Firstport who are setting up Right To Manage Companies, Andrea Jackson has been tasked with retaining those developments by whatever methods she feels appropriate. That can mean offering large discounts on management fees or simply undermining residents that are pushing for Right to Manage?
For Andrea though, this is no "labour of love"
When asked of her personal ambitions she is reported to have said "Pay off my mortgage in 5 years and get out!"
