The Shambles In York is situated in the centre of the city, is a popular shopping area and brimming over with historic interest.
The Shambles in New Milton is situated in the accounts department of Firstport.
Late sending out service charges, service charge demands sent out in the name of the wrong landlord/freeholder, late sending development accounts, budget meetings being held before development statements have been issued, lack of expense files, the list goes on and on!
So bad has it got that Firstport have been foreced to sub-contract service charge development accounting to a company in Mauritius!
The utterly feeble excuse given by Firstport for this is that "They do have a lot of developments to manage"
