About Firstport

Knight Square (parent company of Firstport) have transferred the ownership of Appello to the ownership of Firstport and have also changed service of documents addresses to Southampton. This is a hugely significant move. It confirms that Electra are realising their assets in Knight Square and as a direct consequence of this the guarantees given to fund Firstport no longer apply in the long term.

Currently Knight Square are making substantial losses and have a reported net worth of £-39,000,000.
