More Woes For Tchenguiz
Vincent Tchenguiz has suffered a further setback as yet another part of his empire collapses into administration.
Due to well publicised financial pressures he was forced to put up the freeholds he owned on several Hilton Hotels.
Unfortunately there were no takers. Even worse his flagship freehold which was the Kensington Hilton remained unsold due as Tchenguiz claimed " That the Hilton Group had not maintained the property properly and thus the Hilton Group owed Tchenguiz £100m" His claim was defeated.
Having failed to sell to raise cash his company Zinc Hotels collapsed into administration.
