Significant appointment?
It has come to the attention of About Peverel that Paul Lester who is a director of Knight Square (parent of Firstport) has been appointed a director of McCarthy & Stone. At a time of financial distress for Knight Square/Firstport and at a time when McCarthy & Stone are expanding their in house management operations (they now manage over three hundred developments) suggests a posible tie up is being planned.
Peverel/Firstport and McCarthy & Stone were previously connected companies at the time of the worst of abuses of residents.
