Another Firstport Insurance Rip Off!
Let it not be said that Firstport ever miss an opportunity of scamming a few extra quid out of decent and honest residents (who should rightly be able to trust Firstport and not be acting as cash cows to fund Firstport debts)
About Peverel has now obtained evidence that Firstport have been over-valuing the cost of fixtures and fittings in communal areas for insurance purposes and thus enhancing the level of incentive (commission) paid by the insurance company.
The over-valuation is not for a small amount either, which would be acceptable.
In one case we have seen furniture in communal areas was over 10 times over valued.
It is very probable that this scandal is likely to have been repeated over all Firstport managed developments.
