ARHM (Association of Retirement Housing Management) of which Peverel/Firstport are key members and who failed to take action against Firstport following their admission that they price fixed 65 retirement developments have appointed Samantha Gibson to their board.
This is the very same Samantha Gibson who it was claimed (and never denied) in a staff training session advised "Try to avoid answering awkward questions. If you leave it long enough they will either die or get dementia"
And this is the person ARHM feel appropriate to appoint to the board. This is the person that the "self regulators" ARHM believe will inspire confidence in residents?
Incidentally, it is now approaching 4 years since Firstport Retirement applied to ARMA-Q.
ARMA clearly feel with their track record Firstport Retirement do not meed the standards to be ARMA-Q accredited (or even be granted associate status whilst they work towards the standards) and yet ARHM feel it appropriate to appoint a Firstport director to their board.
