The Stephen Cooper Letter, The Next Step!

In his letter to residents, Stephen Cooper, Firstport  Northern Regional Manager, writes that "We have recently been approached by a number of residents who are tired of the matter and wish to end their involvement"

Are there any such letters?

About Peverel would like to draw the attention of the residents to The Fraud Act 2006.

Doubtless, Mr Cooper as an ex- policeman will be familiar with it?

FRAUD BY MISREPRESENTATION.

If a person made a false representation dishonestly, knowing that the representation was untrue or might be untrue or misleading, with an intent to make a gain for himself or another or, to cause a loss to another or expose another to the risk of loss.

About Peverel strongly urges residents in possession of this letter to attend their local police station and make a formal complaint under the Fraud Act 2006 against Mr Cooper. Unless he can provide substantive evidence of any such letters, he has left himself open to prosecution.

If by some chance the person behind the desk at the police station tells you "it is a civil matter" Do not be fobbed off! Insist that you wish to make a statement in regard to a breach of the Fraud Act 2006. Your request cannot be denied.
