She replaces the very controversial and little missed Carol Crowe.
Samantha Gibson came under heavy criticism when it was claimed that in a staff training session she advised Firstport staff faced with a difficult question to either not to answer or delay a reply long enough so that the resident "either died or got dementia!"
That this "claim" has never been denied it must be deemed as truthful.
