Yet Another Delay For Judgement Day
"Justice delayed is justice denied"
About Peverel are very concerned that judgement in the Gibson Court fire case has been now been put back to March 31 2017!
Apparently the Judge needs a whole court day to give his sentence.
This may well indicate the severity of sentence that is about to be handed down to Firstport companies.
It is to be hoped that the delay will not give time for Firstport to place the "guilty" companies into administration to avoid substantial fines.
