Christmas Cheer Comes To Manchester

Residents of Redwood House, Northeden,Manchester have received an early Christmas present after their determination to achieve a Right to Manage finally paid off.

Though, their freeholder Proxima GR Properties, and their "agent" Estates & Management fought hard to thwart residents ambitions, eventually the were forced to concede.

Their Right To Manage action was ably carried out by Select Retirement Services under the leadership of Sue Earnshaw, who was ex- Peverel Retirement and who despite the appalling reputation of Peverel Retirement managed to do a very good job in impossible circumstances and remained widely respected and very popular with residents.

Credit must also be paid to Mike Kane, the local MP who gave great assistance to the residents.

The bubbly will be in plentiful supply at Redwood House as Peverel/Firstport have been given their marching orders and leave on 3rd January.

This is but one of many developments that have escaped the clutches of Peverel/Firstport and their monetising schemes that rip off residents.

Once more residents have shown others that escape from Peverel/Firstport can be done.

How wonderful the feeling must be for residents that they can now look forward to an honest managing agent doing a good job at a fair price without invented overpriced work being "needed"

About Peverel wish all at Redwood House our sincere congratulations.
