Estates & Management Facing Meltdown

Recipients of any communications from E&M may notice that they never contain a legible and identifiable signature.

The exception to this (though not a proper signature doubtless in case he would later feel the need to deny responsibility) is the contoversial Head Of Legal Services at E&M namely Eyvind Andresen, who always attached his name to any communication.

About Peverel have learned that Eyvind Andresen has parted company with E&M.

What makes his departure so damaging for E&M is that he has now joined Home Ground Management, which is part of the Longharbour group who have recently purchased many of the Tchenguiz freeholds.

This is and the fact that E&M have delayed filling their accounts is a very strong indicator that the work previously carried out by E&M on behalf of the Tchenguiz portfolio will now be carried out by Home Ground Management.

The loss of income will be of huge significance for E&M.

About Peverel believes it will inevitably lead to large scale redundancies.

More pressure will be put on E&M if as is probable other companies that have purchased Tchenguiz freehold interests take their administration in house.

LATE UPDATE, Only Rumours At Present, It Appears HILARY QUINN Has Also Departed From E&M!
