FPRA
FPRA, (Federation Of Private Residents Associations) was set up to give advice to those residents who were setting up residents asociations.
They have garnered years of experience, that has proved invaluable to resident associations.
They and their team of experts are always available to FPRA members and have either stopped resident asociations making an expensiver have been able to stop freeholders/managing agents from ripping residents off.
They are a non profit making organisation and currently have 500 members.
Costs of membership run at around a fiver per flat per year(not exactly a fortune).
About Peverel rarely endorse any organisation, but in this case we strongly believe membership will be of great benefit to any resident association.
