Technology can be a wonderful thing if used to good effect.
And yes, we at About Peverel can see the benefits of on line billing, payments and communication. We can see the benefit of using tablets to save a manager having to go back to the office in order to raise a work order.
But what we can't understand at About Peverel is as to why so much of the Firstport I.T. department's time and effort is being expended on trying to find ways to reveal the identities of those that post on this site?
A liitle less of limited Firstport resources spent on this and a little bit more spent on customer service, who knows? Customers may not feel the need to poston this site?
We would appeciate it if Gary Thomas,as Head of Firstport I.T. could put a halt to this.
