Pot, Kettle, Black, Tchenguiz!
Vincent Tchenguiz is putting more of his assets up for sale.
He is close to an agreement to sell a large midlands wharehouse to curentky leased by Dixons/Carphone Wharehouse to the owners of the Big Box company.
He has also put the freeholds of 10 Uk Hilton Hotels up for sale.
Astonishingly he is claiming 111m pounds from the Hilton Group as according to him "The condition of the hotels are so tatty, they breach the terms of the lease".
