Sorry, You Can't See A Copy of Your Management Contract

Any resident who might want to see a copy or indeed any evidence of Firstport actually having a valid management contract have had their hopes dashed by a statement on their website.

Peverel/Firstport  say that "the management agrrement is a formal arrangement between Firstport as managing agent and your landlord/freeholder. It sets out all the responsibilities we carry out on behalf of the landlord.

Sometimes the management agreement is included in a broader commercial document that contains commercially sensitive  information"

So there you have it! You can't see the contract, you can't have any evidence that there is a contract, but in any case Firstport rely on a "broader commercial document"

Firstport mention tri-party leases, saying "We do recognise that this gives us a priveledged position and security of tenure in our management we don't take this for granted"

Really?

Try telling that to the leaseholders that have systemically been cheated by Firstport?

Try telling that to the leaseholders who have been forced to subsidise Firstport's debt mountain?

How about Firstport mentioning on the website that over 50% of their appointments came from their owners appointing themselves as managing agent?
